Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of the Tee & Tailor website and to every order you place with us. By placing an order you accept them.

Orders and personalization

An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. You are responsible for entering your initials, colour, hand and size correctly; the preview on our site is illustrative and the final placement and size of the initials may differ slightly. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs, and will refund any payment in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include personalization. We ship to the United States only. No sales tax is added at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed securely by our payment providers.

Discounts

Discount codes, including scratch card codes, are limited to one use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other offers unless the checkout applies them together. Quantity savings (The Pair, The Fourball) are applied automatically at checkout.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping, returns, our fit guarantee and refunds are governed by our Shipping policy and Refund policy.

Products

We describe our products and show them as accurately as we can. Leather is a natural material, so colour and grain may vary slightly between gloves and from photos. Some photos on our site are styled or created scenes used to show the product in use.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, logos and design, belongs to Tee & Tailor or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Tee & Tailor is established, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
