This policy explains how Tee & Tailor ("we", "us") collects and uses personal information when you visit our website or buy from us.
Information we collect
- Order information: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, the items you buy and the initials you choose.
- Payment information: handled by our payment processors (such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay). We do not see or store your full card number.
- Device and usage information: browser type, IP address, pages viewed and how you reached our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Information you send us: emails, reviews and messages.
- Giveaway entries: the email address you enter for our monthly custom glove draw, used to run the draw and contact winners, and for marketing only if you opt in.
How we use it
- To make, ship and support your order, including personalization and our fit guarantee.
- To communicate with you about your order and, if you agree, send marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.
- To prevent fraud and keep our store secure.
- To understand how our site is used and to measure and improve our advertising.
Cookies and local storage
Our site stores your cart, order note and scratch card code in your browser's local storage so they are still there when you return. We use cookies and pixels, including from Shopify and advertising partners such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, to measure visits and ad performance and to show relevant ads. The video on our home page is embedded from YouTube (Google) in privacy-enhanced mode. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the store: Shopify (our e-commerce platform, which processes data on our behalf), payment processors, shipping carriers, email providers and advertising and analytics partners. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not sell your personal information for money.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
California and other US states: you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To opt out, email us with the subject "Do not sell or share my personal information", or use a Global Privacy Control signal in your browser. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
European Economic Area and United Kingdom: we process your information to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, for our legitimate interests (such as fraud prevention and improving our store) and, where required, with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Some of our service providers, including Shopify, may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards.

Retention
We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Children
Our store is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
